No time for love, Dr. Jones…

Just finished penciling pg 22 of Hack/Slash 19. barring any changes, I’ll be moving on to issue 20 in the next week or so.

Nothing really interesting to say, I kinda blew my verbal load with the manifesto I posted below. I think Hack represents a good beginning small leap forward in my thinking, but I’ve got so so far to go. Hope you all are in for the long haul.

No, I’m not still attached to work on Don McGregor’s Sabre. Don’s a lovely guy, but Joe at Desperado and I reached the same conclusion that I was not the right fit for that book over a year ago, so ignore that little tidbit when you’re deciding what page to buy from Paolo at Cadence.

Still working on Cupid… about to work on pg 80 or 81 as I type this… I’ve lost track. I’ve also got 2 issues of Suicide Sisters written in rough draft form and hope to get issues 3 and 4 knocked out in the next couple weeks. After that it’s either start concept and layout work on it or start writing “The Kill” in earnest (those of you who’ve been around for a while will no doubt recall a series of short stories I did several years ago called “The Kill” I’ve since developed it into longer form several times over). I’ll figure it out when I get there. I’m in no hurry.
